A m\u00e9s, la majoria dels restauradors han decidit tramitar un ERTE (expedient de regulaci\u00f3 temporal d&#039;ocupaci\u00f3) per als treballadors.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Per\u00f2 hi ha una alternativa a tot el que hem dit. Tancar les portes d&#039;entrada al restaurant s\u00ed, per\u00f2 les de la cuina no. Molts fogons i extractors continuen funcionant a tot gas per servir menjar a domicili, normalment a trav\u00e9s d&#039;empreses de repartiment. S&#039;espera que aquest tipus de demanda creixi durant els propers dies, ja que ser\u00e0 l&#039;\u00fanica opci\u00f3 per a tots aquells que no vulguin sortir ni per comprar menjar, i tampoc vulguin cuinar, i tamb\u00e9 per a tots aquells que simplement vulguin alegrar alguns dels dies de confinament amb el menjar del restaurant favorit. La plataforma de menjar a domicili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.just-eat.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Just EAT<\/a> ja ha vist augmentada la demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, <a href=\"https:\/\/glovoapp.com\/es-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Glovo<\/a>, l&#039;empresa de repartiment m\u00e9s gran d&#039;aquest tipus de servei al nostre pa\u00eds, t\u00e9 en aquests moments unes mesures extremes, per evitar contagis entre treballadors, clients i prove\u00efdors (restaurants).<\/p>\n<p>D&#039;altra banda, i davant de la greu situaci\u00f3 laboral que estan vivint els professionals sanitaris del nostre pa\u00eds hi ha hagut algunes empreses del sector que, a part de continuar servint a domicilis particulars, han decidit unir-se i han creat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/restauracion\/noticia\/312109\/food-4-heroes--la-iniciativa-100--altruista-y-solidaria-de-la-restauracion-para-alimentar-a-los-sanitarios-en-los-hospitales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delivery4heroes<\/a>, per enviar, de manera totalment gratu\u00efta, dinar a hospitals i centres sanitaris.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta \u00e9s la situaci\u00f3 actual del m\u00f3n de la restauraci\u00f3 davant del COVID-19. Tot i que, sent realistes, aquest \u00e9s un dels sectors m\u00e9s afectats per aquesta crisi, sempre hi ha qui busca alternatives i fins i tot noves oportunitats, o noves l\u00ednies de negoci.
