{"id":1499,"date":"2020-04-01T09:33:18","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T09:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/refoodlution.com\/?p=1499"},"modified":"2020-04-01T09:48:27","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T09:48:27","slug":"restaurantes-coronavirus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/refoodlution.com\/es_latam\/restaurantes-coronavirus\/","title":{"rendered":"La restauraci\u00f3n y el coronavirus, no todos han bajado la persiana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><h2>La restauraci\u00f3n y el coronavirus, no todos han bajado la persiana<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>El confinamiento ha obligado a los restauradores a cerrar las puertas de su negocio, a la espera de que se supere la crisis creada por el coronavirus, dado que muchas de estas empresas no pueden seguir asumiendo gastos (n\u00f3minas, alquileres, impuestos, etc) al haber dejado de facturar.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Para paliar esta situaci\u00f3n, el Gremio de Restauraci\u00f3n de Barcelona ha puesto a disposici\u00f3n del sector un modelo de carta para que los restauradores puedan pedir a los propietarios de los locales, que queden exentos de pagar el alquiler hasta que el gobierno les permita reabrir. Adem\u00e1s, la mayor\u00eda de los restauradores, han decidido tramitar un ERTE (expediente de regulaci\u00f3n temporal de empleo) para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pero hay una alternativa a todo lo dicho. Cerrar las puertas de entrada al restaurante, s\u00ed, pero las de la cocina no. Muchos fogones y extractores siguen funcionando a todo gas para servir comida a domicilio, normalmente a trav\u00e9s de empresas de reparto. Se espera que este tipo de demanda crezca durante los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, ya que ser\u00e1 la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para todos aquellos que no quieran salir ni para comprar comida, y tampoco quieran cocinar, y tambi\u00e9n para todos aquellos que simplemente quieran alegrar algunos de los d\u00edas de confinamiento con la comida de su restaurante favorito. La plataforma de comida a domicilio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.just-eat.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Just EAT<\/a> ya ha visto aumentada su demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, <a href=\"https:\/\/glovoapp.com\/es-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Glovo<\/a>, la mayor empresa de reparto de este tipo de servicio en nuestro pa\u00eds, tiene en estos momentos unas medidas extremas, para evitar contagios entre trabajadores, clientes y proveedores (restaurantes).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, y ante la grave situaci\u00f3n laboral que est\u00e1n viviendo los profesionales sanitarios de nuestro pa\u00eds ha habido algunas empresas del sector que, a parte de seguir sirviendo a domicilios particulares, han decidido unirse y han creado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/restauracion\/noticia\/312109\/food-4-heroes--la-iniciativa-100--altruista-y-solidaria-de-la-restauracion-para-alimentar-a-los-sanitarios-en-los-hospitales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delivery4heroes<\/a>, para enviar, de manera totalmente gratuita, comida a hospitales y centros sanitarios.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la situaci\u00f3n actual del mundo de la restauraci\u00f3n frente al COVID-19. A pesar de que, siendo realistas, \u00e9ste es uno de los sectores m\u00e1s afectados por esta crisis, siempre hay quien busca alternativas e incluso nuevas oportunidades, o nuevas l\u00edneas de negocio. Tomarse este tiempo, como un descanso, o un par\u00f3n, d\u00f3nde s\u00f3lo se hacen evidentes las p\u00e9rdidas, o como un momento para poder exprimir ideas, buscar alternativas y mejoras de cara a la reapertura, s\u00f3lo depende de cada uno.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Brindemos por \u00e9stos \u00faltimos, y empujemos a los primeros a ver ese vaso medio lleno!<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:10px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":1501,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[35],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1499","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-restaurantes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.7 -
