In accordance with the requirements of the Llei 20/2014, del 16 d'octubre, reguladora de la contractació electrònica i dels operadors que desenvolupen la seva activitat econòmica en un espai digital., we inform you that you have accessed a web site (hereinafter, “the Web Site”) whose domain name is https://refoodlution.com/ is owned by the Andorran company REFOODLUTION, SL (hereinafter, “the Company”), duly registered in the Register of Companies of the Government of Andorra with registration number 17510, and with tax registration number L-712622-J. Its registered office is at Residencial Aldosa Parc, Bloc 2, 3r pis, Aldosa, La Massana, AD400 (Principat d'Andorra).

The purpose of the Web Site is to inform about the products and services, activities and other initiatives of the Company (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Initiatives”) and to access the Web Application (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the platform”).

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

Access to the Web Site implies full acceptance by its users of these terms and conditions of use, as well as the privacy policy and the cookies policy, all of which are also available on the Web Site (hereinafter, collectively, “the Terms and Conditions”).

Likewise, the users of the Web Site are obliged to make diligent use of the Web Site and the contents contained therein, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, as well as in good faith and good customs, and without contravening morality or public order.

Therefore, among other things, it is not permitted to access or use the Web Site for illegal purposes, which, by way of example and not limitation, is prohibited:

  • Use the Web Site in a manner that may cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies or malfunctions in its operation;

  • Definition of the term “continguts”:

For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the term “contents” refers to all the contents that make up the Web Site, understood as such, by way of example and not limitation, the font code, the design and navigation structure of the Web Site, as well as the distinctive signs, videos, photographs, illustrations, graphics, texts, data and other information displayed therein.

The users will also be responsible in all other cases in which the Terms and Conditions are incomplete, such as, but not limited to, the cases indicated in the section “Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Web Site”.

The Company shall not be liable for damages or other consequences arising from the use that users make of the Website or the contents contained therein.

The Company shall not be liable for damages or other consequences arising from the unavailability of the Web Site or its contents for technical, security, control, updating or maintenance reasons, or for errors due to servers or third party intermediaries or suppliers, such as telephone line deficiencies or Internet overloads.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage or harm caused to users of the Website by malicious software, the actions of cyber criminals or other unlawful intrusions by third parties.

The Company has no control over the services, content and/or other elements that users of the Website may access through technical linking devices, directories or other means that may be accessed through the Website (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and the like). Therefore, the Company shall not be responsible for the technical availability, quality or accuracy, among others, of the services, contents and/or other elements accessed, nor for any damage or harm or other consequences that may occur as a result of its use. In any case, the existence of the referred accesses implies the existence of agreements with the owners or responsible for the services, contents or other elements involved, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of the Company with them.

Users who decide to visit and/or use any of the third party links do so at their own risk and must take appropriate protective measures.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, in the event that any user considers that by means of any of the technical devices of links, directories or other means that can be accessed through the Website, the rights or legal positions of third parties are violated, he/she must immediately notify the Company by the means of contact or complaint indicated in the section “Ownership and purpose of this website”, you must immediately notify the Company by the means of contact or complaint indicated in the section "Ownership and purpose of this Web Site", so that this company can analyze and evaluate the case in question.

Legislation applicable to the Terms and Conditions, and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Andorran law.

The users of the Web Site are subject to the Andorran jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that, according to law, may correspond to them.

The foregoing is without prejudice that, due to the consumer status of a user, another legislation and/or jurisdiction may be applicable by law.
